Refund Policy

Digital Product Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
  • Misrepresented product description
  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions

Subscription Plans

Subscriptions (Pro and Creator X plans) can be canceled at any time:

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard
  • You'll retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Subscription auto-renews unless canceled

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at paywallpage@hankified.com with the following information:

  • Transaction ID or receipt number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment gateway:

  • Stripe/Klarna: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal/Braintree: 3-5 business days
  • Coinbase Commerce: Crypto refunds processed immediately, but may take time to appear in your wallet
  • Other gateways: 7-14 business days depending on provider

Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate product descriptions
  • Delivering content as described
  • Resolving customer access issues promptly
  • Handling refund requests for your products (we facilitate but you decide)

Note: Platform fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the platform fee portion is retained.

Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback through their bank, credit card company, or payment provider, we will work with the relevant payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, etc.) to resolve the dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback to explore alternative resolution options.
